Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 2bjet ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://2bjet.cam and all associated services, content, tools and features provided through that domain (collectively, the "Service").

2bjet is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform providing information, odds presentation, gaming content and related services for adult entertainment purposes. The Platform operates under the licensing framework of the applicable international jurisdiction under which the operator is authorised to provide remote gambling services.

By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 2bjet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for you personally. It is your responsibility to determine this.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by the Operator's current list of restricted territories.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on this Platform or any related platform operated by the same Operator.
• You must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances in accounts opened in breach of this rule.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2bjet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at our reasonable discretion, the Platform may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account details matching the registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where required under anti-money laundering obligations

Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Platform reserves the right to close an Account and return the original deposit amount if KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to deduction of any bonus amounts previously credited.

Platform Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access the 2bjet Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must use the Platform in good faith and must not attempt to gain any unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing anomalies — any such activity must be reported to support and any winnings derived from such errors may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or fraud-related activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive conduct toward Platform staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and confirmed when the Platform system records a successful transaction and issues a bet confirmation reference number. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of incomplete transactions do not constitute accepted bets. 2bjet reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets where the odds have been incorrectly published due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports markets include but are not limited to Pakistan cricket (Test, ODI and T20 formats), PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, international football leagues and competitions, UFC and other combat sports, and live in-play markets across all supported sports. Market availability varies and is subject to the data feed agreements of the Platform's sports data partners at any given time.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games, including slot titles, live dealer tables and instant-win products, are operated under the Operator's licensing framework. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are illustrative ranges published in each game's information panel. Actual results are determined by certified random number generators and may differ from stated RTP averages over any individual session.

6.4 Dispute Resolution for Bets

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the User must raise a formal complaint with the customer support team within seven (7) days of the event settlement date. The Platform's decision, based on available data and applicable rules, shall be final subject to any escalation process specified by the Operator's licensing authority.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator at the time of transaction. Common local payment references in Pakistan include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The inclusion of these names as familiar payment references does not constitute an endorsement by those institutions of the Platform or of gambling activities. Actual deposit method availability is subject to change and is displayed at the time of deposit in your Account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in refusal, reversal or Account suspension.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (Section 4.3). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by method and by the User's loyalty tier — Gold tier accounts benefit from priority processing.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed in your Account at the time of the request. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers anti-money laundering review thresholds.

7.3 Currency

Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless another currency is specified during registration. Currency conversion may apply for international transactions and the applicable rate will be displayed before you confirm.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available by 2bjet are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are published in the applicable promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that qualify for a bonus while simultaneously minimising loss exposure through back-to-back or lay-off betting strategies — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to void any bets placed using Bonus Funds obtained through abuse and to close the Account.

8.4 Loyalty Programme

The 2bjet three-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) operates on an ongoing basis. Tier eligibility, point accumulation rules, tier-specific benefits and any minimum activity requirements to retain tier status are published on the Platform. These may be modified by the Operator with reasonable notice.

Responsible Gambling

2bjet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools, accessible from within the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and voluntary self-exclusion. Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years or over, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 2bjet.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bjet and its Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform or inability to use it.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, cyberattacks or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform, which are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and any outstanding balance investigations.

12.2 Termination by 2bjet

2bjet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, a court order or regulatory instruction, or where continued operation of the Account would represent unacceptable commercial or legal risk to the Operator.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from that breach may be forfeited. Balances from legitimate funds will be returned where this is consistent with applicable law and the Operator's anti-money laundering obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its remote gambling licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under the Operator's licence.

This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own country of residence. 2bjet does not represent that the Platform is operated under Pakistani law or licensed by any Pakistani authority.

Amendments to These Terms

2bjet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you should close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1 before the effective date of the changes.
