2bjet Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This document explains exactly what personal data 2bjet collects, why we collect it, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and what rights you hold over your own information.
Last updated: January 2026 | Version 1.0Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 2bjet ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data relating to users ("you", "your") who access or register on the website located at https://2bjet.cam and all associated services provided through that domain (collectively, the "Service").
2bjet is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform. In providing those services, the processing of certain personal data is unavoidable and is governed by the applicable data protection legislation of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its remote gambling licence. This Policy is written to be clear and accessible to all users, including those based in Pakistan.
By registering an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with how we process your data as described, you should not register or continue to use the Platform.
This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform as a whole. Where these two documents intersect on data-related matters, this Policy shall prevail.

3.3 Data We Do Not Collect
2bjet does not intentionally collect Special Category Data. If you voluntarily disclose any such information in a support communication, it will be handled with heightened care and will not be used for any purpose other than addressing your specific enquiry.
The mention of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah in the context of payment data collection refers only to data associated with your own registered payment method. It does not imply any formal relationship or endorsement between those institutions and the gambling Platform.

Legal Basis for Processing
Processing of your personal data by 2bjet rests on one or more of the following legal bases under the applicable data protection framework of the Operator's licence jurisdiction:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and the Platform, including account management, payment processing, bet settlement and customer support.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable legal requirements, including KYC, AML obligations, responsible gambling monitoring mandates and regulatory reporting.
- Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for the Platform's legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights — including fraud prevention, platform security, abuse detection and platform improvement analytics.
- Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific and informed consent — most notably for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
2bjet does not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data only in the limited circumstances described below.
6.1 Service Providers (Processors)
We engage trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under written data processing agreements that bind them to confidentiality and data protection standards equivalent to our own. Categories of processors include: payment processing providers, KYC and identity verification services, fraud detection and security analytics tools, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support software providers.
6.2 Regulatory & Legal Disclosure
We may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, courts or other competent authorities where required by the Operator's licence obligations, a court order or applicable law. We will, where legally permissible, notify you of any such disclosure request.
6.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of business assets or restructuring involving the Operator, personal data held by 2bjet may form part of the transferred assets. Affected users will be notified prior to any transfer becoming effective and before data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6.4 What We Will Never Do
- Sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers or any other commercial third party.
- Share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- Transfer your data to parties that do not provide adequate contractual protections.
International Data Transfers
2bjet operates as an internationally licensed platform. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Where such transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data, including standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements with security obligations, and transfer only to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection under the standards applied by the Operator's licensing authority.
Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive data protection law equivalent to the EU GDPR. 2bjet does not represent that processing under this Policy is governed by or compliant with Pakistani data protection law, as the applicable framework is that of the Operator's licence jurisdiction. Users should be aware of this when using the Platform.
Retention Periods
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and the Operator's licence obligations. The table below sets out our standard retention guidelines:
| Data Category | Standard Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Account registration data | Duration of account + 5 years post-closure |
| KYC documentation | Duration of account + 5 years post-closure (or longer if required by licence) |
| Transactional / financial records | Minimum 5 years from transaction date |
| AML-related records | Minimum 5 years (or as required by AML regulations) |
| Customer support communications | 3 years from last interaction |
| Marketing preferences | Until consent is withdrawn or account is closed |
| Cookie and analytics data | As specified in cookie-specific settings (typically 30 days to 24 months) |
On expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
2bjet uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including pixels and local storage) to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the website. The categories of cookies we use are described below.
You may manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent tool presented on your first visit to the Platform. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair Platform functionality. Note that clearing cookies or using a new device will reset your preferences.
Your Rights
Subject to the applicable data protection law of the Operator's licence jurisdiction, you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how and why it is processed.
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
Request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing, subject to legal retention obligations.
Request that processing of your data be restricted in certain circumstances, such as while the accuracy of data is being contested.
Receive a copy of data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing (which you can opt out of at any time).
Where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in the Operator's licence jurisdiction if you believe your data rights have been infringed.
We will respond to valid data rights requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days). In certain cases — particularly where requests are complex or numerous — we may extend this period by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Data Security
2bjet implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:
- Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data fields, including passwords (hashed with a modern, salted algorithm) and KYC documentation.
- Role-based access controls ensuring that Platform staff can only access personal data relevant to their specific function.
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing of the Platform's infrastructure.
- Strict vetting and contractual data protection obligations applied to all third-party processors before engagement.
- Incident response procedures, including breach notification protocols aligned with the requirements of the applicable regulatory authority.
While we take all reasonable precautions, no internet transmission or digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and should notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Minors
The 2bjet Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18, or under such higher minimum age as is required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — whether through a misrepresented registration or otherwise — we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings accrued will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
🔞 If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate and act without delay.
Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, the Operator's data processing practices or the features of the Platform. When material changes are made, we will notify you via a prominent banner on the Platform and, where you have provided a verified email address, by direct email notification.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any amendment. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically.
Contact & Complaints
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise any of your data rights, or wish to raise a complaint about how your personal data has been handled, please contact us using the details below:
If you are not satisfied with our response to a data rights request or complaint, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant supervisory authority in the Operator's licence jurisdiction.
What This Policy Protects
Six concrete privacy protections that 2bjet maintains for every registered player on the Platform.
No Data Sales — Ever
Your personal data is never sold to advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own commercial purposes. This is not a best-effort commitment — it is a hard rule.
Encrypted Storage & Transmission
All data in transit is protected by TLS/SSL. Sensitive stored fields — including passwords and KYC documents — are encrypted at rest using modern cryptographic standards.
Full Access & Deletion Rights
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, and request deletion where no legal obligation requires its retention — all via a single support email.
Consent-Driven Marketing
Marketing communications are only sent where you have explicitly opted in. Withdrawal of consent takes effect immediately and does not affect the rest of your account.
Processor Accountability
Every third-party service provider handling your data is bound by a formal data processing agreement that requires the same level of care we apply ourselves.
Defined Retention & Deletion
We retain data only as long as required by law or our licence obligations. Once those periods expire, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your Data. Your Rights. Our Responsibility.
If you have any questions about how 2bjet handles your data, or want to exercise your privacy rights, our support team is available 24/7. You can also return to the homepage to explore the full platform.
🔞 Adults 18+ only. Players are responsible for verifying that online gambling is lawful in their location before participating.
